      I've never worked for such a supportive organisation as Calico. Wellbeing is a priority as well as workload.

      Really feel heard and supported. Great training. Encouraged to bring whole self to work. Lots of additional benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of job security due to nature of tendering if role is in an area where there's only one contract. Pay is slightly lower than comparable roles.
