      I have worked for the SafeNet part of Calico for 12 months now and i have to say it is a fantastic company to work for. Everyone who has contact with Calico and SafeNet are treated with respect from the customers to the staff. Calico is a company that truly cares about the wellbeing of customers and colleagues. Management are very approachable and human. We are encouraged to develop professionally and are given opportunities to grow within the company.

      I cannot think of any cons, my role is challenging at times but i am given the support and guidance to help me deal with the challenges proactively
