Pros

The discount on the products is generous. ((The product line is decent) . For full-time employees the medical benefits are good.

Cons

The company seems to be in financial trouble. Goals are constantly being changed and thus negatively effecting the bonus structure that was touted to be good. There is no effective communication and no one from corporate seems to pay attention to the field. Calls to home office never returned. VERY DYSUNCTIONAL regional management!

Too many promotions Not the same company it used to be Loreal seems to be VERY interested in the company now and is trying to save as much money as possible. Barely have any contests Human resources is a mess
