Health Benefits, pay, vacation time.

Cons

There is no team collaboration. The Senior leadership team doesn’t respect their direct reports . Everyone in the leadership team micromanages , there is zero trust for you do for your job. The president talks to people like they are his children. The morale is extremely low . High turnover .

Company is an activist brand so they care about absolutely everything especially the quality of their products, their employees and the planet Pay is great, Products are more on the natural side and are affordable, great employee discount, teammates felt so much like family, we get to experiment with products which helps improve sales verbiage and you get to put your own personal input while selling. Flexible hours.

Cons

No full time position from what I can tell. certain products were phased out/discontinued so it leads to upset customers at times which is understandable.

The company does live its values, it's very fair and equal, and it does care about its reputation.

Cons

Pay is very low, and technical skills aren't valued, I think primarily as senior management doesn't understand technology and think that things just happen. As an experienced data analyst I'm paid at the level of someone half my age with zero experience who just handles customer experience journeys.
