Pros

Remote working, smart coworkers and engineers, good benefits, direct collaboration btw engineers, POs, PMs and UX. Gelato was great, Thales was fine, and Thales' acquisition of Imperva made for a miserable environment

Cons

Sloppy acquisition model leads to chaotic re-orgs with incapable managers. Design is unrewarding and positions lack mobility. If you want something like an educational opportunity, you have to argue for it to multiple people and then pay for it yourself and hope you get reimbursed. Little-to-no self improvement options and travel opportunities unless you're a PO or PM. No ladder for UX
