Executive team and main headquarters in France do not understand how to communication properly with other US headquarters. Every communication is confrontational and contradictory from the last communication. The Main headquarters in France only like their "own" and hate americians. it is completely obvious. You can never do great even if you meet expectations (it is never good enough) Every accomplishment is meant with scrutiny. Culture of the company is completely and utterly incompetent and not worth your health.
