it has a free gym, there is free coffee, its in the middle of the city, overall commute is ok

Cons

too much work management has no idea what they are doing pay structure is not good many many layoffs overall i do not recommend

Pros

Great people, friendly atmosphere. Actually use their interns instead of making 'intern projects' that get thrown away. Whatever you make will in fact get used by your team and most likely other teams in the comopany. Decent starting wage ($20 hr). Very easy to come back to if you leave the company to focus on schoolwork or take another job.

Cons

Mundane. No hard deadlines and very low expectations of projects led by interns leads to very low motivation to finish said projects. Compensation and Salary is set in stone. Fresh graduates hired as software engineers are given 60k a year, no exceptions. Regardless of how knowledgeable said graduate is

Not much on these, maybe the same dynamic aspect can drive sometime to un-managed change.
