Pros

*Really good company with interesting business and bright people. *Complexity of products and high level of technology. *Company that is changing a lot and is adapting successfully to its environment. *The new CEO is a high caliber guy.

Cons

*Even if the evolution have been tremendous for the past 3 years, it's still too long to change and adapt to the new environment. *Except the last point that is currently changing, not other cons.

There are some lack of communication between the business units/companies. Management has changed and it seems for the better!
