Slow to market, cuts being made due to state of the defence market has affected morale and put pressure on managers, low salary with freezes for years, Poorly run graduate programme, for an international firm there doesn't seem to be too much movement of people

Challenging work, good domain (Avionics), lots to learn, new technologies can be introduced and experimented upon

Cons

Needs immense revamp of infrastructure like IT, HR, facilities, Software Tools group, etc... The Management needs to think if they give quality of hardware and time in office, the employees will give you back quality product. Uses VDI for development (whose actual use is for call centres, where u just need to open a browser), which hampers the productivity. For every use there are multiple software tools being used, which hampers the compatibility & dependency.
