Pros

Better than average salaries. Decent benefits. Thales University on-site for learning.

Cons

Overworked and not evenly distributed. People and managers are not accountable for their actions. Ops group poorly run with a good old boys group--get rid of them. Supply Chain and Procurement depts are a pathetic joke. Watch out for the lip services and back stabbers..politics politics.
