Good wrking space, n first time intern experience in aetospace

Cons

Bad working operations, by pushing the problem to one another instead of brainstorm for solutions.Management playing politivs by giving priority to certain employee. jobs does nt tally with samary given.Jobs assigned does not always same with the jobs description in the interview. Thales SPC not suitable for long term supply chain career.

You are able to work to nice topics Relaxed and uninformal environment Passionate with space people works there

Cons

Difficult to make carreer. Lot of time needed to become internal, 3 years , during which they propose you short contracts (even 3 months, that is offensive). Some manager seems to not care about . Slow burocracy
