      Great people - most of the people in the organisation are excelent Flat organisation - you will quickly meet people at all levels Interesting and varied work - Large amount of projects and areas of interest Benefits package is great including up to 6 months paternity leave - full pay

      Poor career progression Below average base pay Poor intra-company transfer oportunities - for a company with offices around the globe it is very difficult to move internally Staff retention is an issue

      Pros

      There is a company bonus at the end of the year, and that helps out given the low wages.

      Cons

      Directors are treated like royalty. There is a definite need for cross pollination (say takeover) from the parent company. The Melbourne group is out of step and operates with impunity. Salaries are insufficient and opportunity is no where to be found.
