Most people are lovely. Work environment is great Benefits are good Half day Friday and flexi time

Cons

Internal grading and salary system isn't entirely fair Career development is impossible when you hit a certain grade Lose good people by overloading them with work with no reward Senior management make promises to customers without knowing the details Very long processes and an in house oracle system which doesn't work
