      Pros

      Fun people to work with, Good vacation, good amount of OT, good benefits.

      Cons

      Layoff people or moving to different states every 3 years or so. Poor yearly raise and never ever any bonuses. Disorganized HR, techs are poorly considered in a lot of things.
