Half days on Fridays. Good accommodation and community for Neurodiversity. Lovely location with activities.

Work inconsistencies, can be super busy or literally have no work and nothing can be done to determine when this will happen. Nothing happens if you have feedback, or not satisfied with your work. Qualified staff will be used for grunt work whenever possible. Everyone is very territorial with skills and information that they know.
