only pro I can see is finishing 12.30 on a Fri. Usually 5 day a week for an IT support role

Cons

Cannot hybrid in this role. Micro managing, poor management structure. Look after themselves than provide support for individuals. Management always looking after their own back! Behaviour in certain team members I found disgusting! Management in IT plcing more and more work for no extra money. Poor pay structure, the worst pay structure in IT compared to others! Poor lousy bonuses, pay rises. A crap place to work!

Rural Setting, Good canteen and continuous work

Cons

The production equipment dates back to 1862 and shop floor is frozen in the 1990's when the plant was transferred from Melbourne. The locals run a closed shop and will hound out those from outside.
