      Pros

      the benefits are very good as well as some of the people. They have 100% tuition reimbursement program. this is the absolute best.

      Cons

      promotions from within is mostly given to people who knows somebody. company is still growing and so a lot of changes is going on.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at Teva is for the awesome benefits. Teva covers the majority of my medical expenses and offers an awesome retirement package.

      Cons

      Not much effort is placed on employee development. This is seen as a con because your review will then be based on how well you develop. It isn't fair if they don't give you the necessary tools to develop into a stellar employee.

      Pros

      Room to grow with a progressive company. Good salary and benefits. Solid training and employee development opportunities. Really visionary senior management that cared about its people.

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment required wearing many different hats. Internal communication could have been more efficient and timely to help employees position themselves to support company initiatives.
