I had a great Area Sales Director who trusted our worked and was willing to train other managers on what they needed to do to be successful.

Unfortunately, due to poor planning at the corporate level they has a restructuring and reduction in force in Sept 2011

Teva is a global company with strong corporate traditions and you as a person is not just another link in the chain, but you feel that you are THE important part of the big mechanism. If you have attainments Teva would always show the way for you to grow.

Cons

Sometimes common employee lack some communications between departments.

Pros

Challenging work and I worked with great people. They were all friendly and would help you out when you asked.

Cons

-Hours were extremely long, but it was a busy time at the facility I was working at so it probably isn't that hectic everyday. -Pay wasn't that great for my position, but I was a temp so maybe full time gets paid better.
