Laid off everyone and only kept the people that work for the smallest amount and do a 5 person job. Alot of politics and constant drama. The managers will not promote you, and will keep you as low as possible in fear that you will out shine them. Very pompous supervisors that wont even acknowledge your presence, unless you're FDA or a visitor. Working for this company is like being on the reality tv show Survivor. Management will promise to give you a raise and give you a higher position with more responsibility, but never give you an increase at all and tell you you're just lucky to have a job. Management expects you to be at work a half hour before your start time, just incase they need you to start early. They consider you late if your not available.

felt like my career there was stagnate, no guidance, no real goals for my organization let alone me or any response to the goals I set and accomplished. After a year of asking for a job description or career ladder I gave up and left.
