Pros

Great colleagues, everyone seems to share the same purpose to help patients and the company has a lot of potential as it builds out a stronger pipeline for growth. Hybrid workplace (3 days office, 2 days remote, but more flexibility depends on role). 6% 401k match + 3.75% automatic each year. PTO combined with sick days. Company cares about wellbeing/mental health and offers some benefits.

Cons

Overall leadership is promising, however, it's hard to foster psychological safety and move the needle on DEI when there are managers that do not care for constructive feedback and essentially castigate team members who do not conform to their preferences. It savors strongly of "my way or the highway" and deflates any opportunity for innovative ideas, not to speak of growth and development. If you have a good manager who is mindful of unconscious/conscious bias and cares about your development (not just the way you make them look), awesome. If you're one of the unlucky ones that have a manager with an ego, you're better off leaving because there isn't much opportunity to move around.

Pros

The employees make this place warm and welcoming, that include some managers and supervisors who are down to earth.

Cons

Management completely is out of touch and not knowledgeable on certain topics. Not sure what leadership is doing, but it is poor; how do you have managers and directors who are clueless when it pertains to their department's regulations and code of ethics? This site is closing which is also sad and the employee safety is non-existent, they'll paint areas without advising employees of the potential harmful effects of the paints used (they aren't water based). Many talented hourly employees, they would've been better off giving the hourly employees a chance to manage the site while it is sinking rather than the salaried employees whom are too scared to make the right decisions. Anything Teva I would avoid, toxic culture does not bode well especially if you are a minority, either you get in line suck up to management or retain your own pride, I chose the latter.

Pros

PTO, Competitive Salary, 401K, Reward points

Cons

All of the above. Terrible Directors, favoritism, toxic work culture. They torment good workers and promote those who do not deserve any reward for their lack of performance. The VP and directors need to quit because they have no idea the process their leading. Just an awful place to work. During covid, people were coming in sick and they said although they tested negative it was ok. HR is a whole horror story on its own. Please do not apply here.
