      Pros

      you get to join big company right after university graduation. You can work with different instruments and methods acquiring skills.

      Cons

      The true is only what the mangers say. Overwork-load and mangers in denial for acknowledging that. Life work balance and all other companies perks are just for people in higher levels any one in level less then 12 usually treated as lower society. In QC you start with 7/8 rank and good luck to go higher. Manger always stuck extra work and who ever work harder or good only get more work. You always have to do all the work if not then you start to get more and more pushed around. There is no boundaries you come to be hand worker and not to think.
