      Decent pay and benefits. Good IRA matching after 3 years vesting.

      Cons

      Departments operate in their own silos, only after their own metrics regardless of the negative impacts to the other departments or the overall company. No apparent site leadership. HR is well aware of the silo issues and does not care.
