Very diverse—people from different countries and backgrounds work together seamlessly in an inclusive and supportive environment. Strong salary and excellent benefits, making it a great place to grow financially.

Cons

The Denton office is modern and comfortable, but it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time.

Flexible work scheduled, remote work opportunities, paid maternity leave and 6 weeks parental leave for both men and women.

Cons

Vacation time is limited. You have to work 7 years to receive more than the 3 weeks you are given when you join (non-negotiable). Very limited opportunities to move up, unless you are an engineer.
