Cons

Very poor lesson learning in organizational business model and strategic decisions. Poor leadership competencies.

No idea is a bad idea and you have the full independence to test your ideas in real life situation. The work life balance is excellent too.

Cons

It is still a very Swedish company and consensus building is very important. This leads to dissonance at times considering the global footprint of Tetra Pak.
