      Pros

      European company with good internal culture of interpersonal relationship

      Cons

      Gold era of TP is in the past. Company is absolutely not ready for competitor's attacks and has no good ideas how to survive. Lack of real innovations - just new form-factors/openings in addition to more then 7000 combination already exist. Whether 1 or 10 or 100 new forms would return monopoly? TP's packaging material matched 7th place between 10 compared samples, available on a market!!!

      market leader , company culture, the wonderful customers, strategic vision, the people of Tetra Pak, the spirit

      Cons

      flat organization, very weak HR, Mercer Report (used in an unclear way / very biased to TP), unrealistic inflation figures used to justify low annual increases; achievements are celebrated but not really rewarded

      Pros

      They build great teams from the top down to bottom. Consistently hiring good pople worldwide. Lots of opportunities to relocate if you wish to do so. Splendid overall experience.

      Cons

      Probably not as agile as it used to be back in 20th century )) Salaries are average, You will always compare your current employer with TP in a favour of latter.
