Too slow, too "burocratic" Too many Managers/Directors that do not add any real value and are only MICROmanagers Not clear strategy for the future Not able to be agile and quickly adapt to the changing environment Too much focus on the processes and not enough on the best practices of Management (including Project and Program Mgmt)
