Good core values, but unfortunately they are simply hot air. Good products.

Cons

Leadership from L1 downward is old-fashioned, increasingly hierarchical and unashamedly sexist. To succeed you have to suck up and kick down. No respect for employees, poor development opportunities, ridiculously heavy workload and no salary development.

Little politics compared with other companies. Stable environment. Swedish culture helps to ensure fairness and equal distribution. Benefits are ok. Salary is increased yearly. Guaranteed bonus every year

Cons

If u have a good manager, great. If u don't have a good manager, try to move departments!! Flat organisation so, will have to move laterally to get higher vertically.
