Pros

The company has a Good Pay structure with ample number of Vacation days and Benefits. You get flexible work hours and good work atmosphere.

Cons

The company is too much process oriented. Work life balance gets affected due to different global locations. Too many people from top mgmt gets involved for simple tasks.

Pros

It is a well established company. The management is good at execution. They have a very good strategy, and able to communicate to all levels of employee. The benefit is very good, and it has a good work life balance. I have learnt a lot of things from this company.

Cons

Not everybody knows what this company does. Not easy to move up as the organization is very flat. Quite far away from home.

Pros

Tetra Pak is a very challenging company that helps you to grow as a Professional, throwing at you challenges and supporting you with good benefits and work environment An environment where you can self grow both in your profession and also in attitude Ability to manage relationships with clients Ability to multi-task Networking opportunities are high There are a lot of resources, if you can find them can help you develop more, just that most of them are not communicated. You have to dig to find them

Cons

Poor work-life balance depending on your area of work Opportunities for vertical growth is very very very poor Most managers are poor man managers, they are mainly process managers and lack clear leader abilities and concern for subordinates growth There is no encouragement to develop management abilities but it is always desired that you do Low training opportunities after initial entry training Relationship gap between the employees in the office and field is huge Company keeps business costs effects and information away from the Field Staff, knowing fully well that they are directly responsible for most of the business costs (positive or negative) A lot is demanded from you, yet you are not told or shown how to until you fail in delivering
