      Like the new office. Its ABW concept and feels like working in home or coffee cafe.

      Pros

      Easy job, 80% of time only looking for new items for project in internet. Managers are so friendly. Going to project site with expensive car and driver. No office in Indonesia equal to this company in benefit and luxury work. With a brand new $3500 laptop and iphone 6 for every employees, this company are so luxury way of working place.

      Cons

      Bad team work. No social live. To many meeting with no result. Management structure always in changing every 2-3mo. Bad quality in engineering design. No time for training.

      Pros

      Good core values, but unfortunately they are simply hot air. Good products.

      Cons

      Leadership from L1 downward is old-fashioned, increasingly hierarchical and unashamedly sexist. To succeed you have to suck up and kick down. No respect for employees, poor development opportunities, ridiculously heavy workload and no salary development.
