      Pros

      Good company to work for, overal the benefits are good, most departments have flexible schedule. The company care about its image.

      Cons

      Little or no opportunities for advancement. Merging NA with SA cluster made it even worse. More and more jobs are moved to developing countries. Merging department over three continents makes the communication dificult.

      Continuous learning, challenging work well for a GIM department, have work-life balance, flexible working hours, work from home once a week except Mon and Fri

      Cons

      Slow to move up to the career ladder. You really need to build good relationship with your peers and upper management aside from your technical skills.
