Open working environment, good colleagues, flexible working shift, easy to balance between work and life. Location in Shanghai is quite centre of the city, easy to commute.

Cons

Average age of the employees is around 35-40, the momentum of changing or innovation is not so strong. Promotion opportunities go first to the older staff.
