      Pros

      The company is amazing. It offers a lot of opportunity in terms of flexibility and work life balance. If you have a personal problem at home, you are free to work from there. This is a real added value, and it gives you the possibility to reach your objectives without asking for some hours/days off. The atmosphere at work is friendly, we are a real people oriented company.

      Like every huge companies, sometimes processes are a bit against the business and work organization, as in some circumstances they slow down a bit the activities

      Healthy business, although it's now suffering a bit because of competition. Good employee benefits. Multicultural environment.

      Cons

      Flat organisation. Career growth more likely to happen if you have a good network/an internal sponsor. Uncertainty is in the air due to the several organisational changes that have been happening.
