Great working environment, care for people, good benefits, good scale to calculate bonuses.

Cons

Too much politics at management level, lack of coordination and missing a point of anchor when technical issues have to be debated. Not very customer oriented despite so self-marketisation.

Good atmosphere, great place to improve yourself. Many company trips abroad.

Cons

There are things which takes longer than usual e.g. hiring new people for vacant positions (maybe due to labour shortage issues in Hungary). These times can be though for other colleagues.
