Great multicultural culture and values. Focus on the wellbeing of the employees. Benefits are better than the average American company, especially the 401K match. A lot of opportunities for career advancement and/or changing role to improve yourself.

Cons

Large company with big overhead. Sometimes is difficult to understand to whom to go for specific requests. A lot of organizational changes.
