      Great company but best days are behind it.

      Pros

      Original invention was world changing. Ability to attract great people. Strength through diversity. Global presence. Residual Swedish culture. Supremely wealthy.

      Cons

      Blinded by success. Highly dependent on one product that generates all the cash and whose business model is under threat, probably irreversibly. Can be seen as aloof, arrogant and increasingly greedy. Glaciers move faster than Tetra Pak develops new products.

      Pros

      The absence of rules gives employees freedom with responsibility, helping them find value in their work. Over all a great place to work.

      Cons

      (1) Lack of focus slows progress. (2) The slow, continuous downsizing gives one reason to be ware (3) "Do more with less" mentality
