Decent benefits, be prepared to work every day with no weekends due to high work loads . their demands must be met they dont care how many hours a day there is. Lol

Cons

All Upper positions are awarded to outside of U.S. cheaper pay is the goal. They hire management without industry experience. As long as the labor is cheap. Lots of H1-b visas. * they cut the stuff to the point they became over worked, one individual is doing the job of 3 positions. Inefficient management. Horrible politics .
