      Pros

      Very entrepreneurial; good teams, great culture! If you want to grow and learn a lot here is a great place to work. Also good work life balance for the most part

      Cons

      It's hard to say. Why? Because the company is adapting to a changing economic environment. Best opportunity is in Asia but Europe isn't doing so well economically.
