High Turnover in Legal. Many Highly Accomplished Lawyers Got Fired.

Interesting and high-profile work with very long hours and little work-life balance

Cons

TOXIC environment with HIGH turnover. Lawyers disappear overnight without any explanation. Go on LinkedIn and research tenure of past in-house lawyers - you will see 1 year, just over 1 years, etc. Some lawyers do not last months. Policies are NOT applied consistently, with some lawyers working from home regularly, including from other states, while others are required to be onsite. Legitimate concerns ignored.

Honestly, the company mission is awesome. Customer really love the products, and I couldn't have been prouder to promote them

Cons

Management - I appreciate they are operating on their best methods, but some of the rationale is skewed.
