Pros

Benefits and pay if you lie to the right recruiter. Easy to get into they hire anyone for the industrial side. Feels like the companies holding your hand the whole way through and employees still manage to mess it up.

Cons

Lots of favoritism going on in the commercial side of tesla. Employees and managers playing the companies funds was funny to watch and turn around and lay off. Nepotism seems like an issue and probably should be addressed lots of family and child hood friends working together here gotta watch your back. Tenure means nothing at tesla especially if you aren't the "favorite".
