Pros
It's great working for a company that is always pushing the bounds of tech, it's cool to be a part of it.
Cons
They will track every minute you are working or away. So if you have an upset stomach one day and have to go to the bathroom a lot, prepare to get written up and have a meeting with your manager about time, and it could cost you your job. Also, if you get sick and don't have sick leave (which you are not given sick leave for the first 90 days), you'd better expect to still go to work or don't show up at all.
