-Innovative company to work for -Fun environment -Teamwork -Opportunities to work at the GigaFactory

Cons

-Chaotic environment that requires constant pivoting -Poor training -Immature and unprofessional work environment -Unprofessional co-workers -Favortism -Poor management -No work life balance -Zero career development and internal opportunities are scares and filled based on favoritisim and not based on merit. -Managers are largely unhelpful to employees as a whole. -The expectation to meet and exceed KPI's with no extra incentives such a sales commission which is standard in car sales
