Tesla is a great company to work at, especially for the vision the company offers. Working for one of the companies truly having an impact on renewable transportation represents one of the most fulfilling moments of my career. The benefits, including salary, are good for the proportional work.

Cons

Little work life balance as part of the commercial team, as the position requires 24/7 attention of the client pipeline.
