You gain a ton of sales experience working Sales for Tesla, and you work with extremely intelligent and outgoing people. They are what makes coming to Tesla a great experience. (Obviously everyone's experience can vary.) I have great benefits, and have coworkers who are always willing to receive, and give feedback. Flexible hours.

Cons

As with any other job the work can get monotonous, which is normal if you've worked at any job for more than a year. The work can seep into your personal life if you let it, and it can be stressful at times especially when you have deadlines coming up.
