      Pros

      Tesla is a great company to work for to feel like you are part of rapid forward technological progress. Everyone here has a passion for the car and being a part of this sea change in the auto industry. As long as you are full-time the benefits are phenomenal. Paid time off accumulates quickly. Strategies change rapidly and the company is, more or less, open to listening to new ideas.

      Cons

      Part-time gets basically none of the benefits while you are working almost full-time hours. Because things change so rapidly throughout the company it can cause stress trying to adhere quickly to new strategies and policies.
