Long goals, I m possible that’s how I achieved my success.

Cons

Lot of drug attic working in Tesla. Bad management, managers don’t follow protocols. Employees-working with DUIs on drugs , they come high on work and Manager knows but don’t do anything. Company is running like it’s own private shops then a large corporation.

Cons

Difficult to find work life balance. Certain departments are understaffed, and lack proper processes.
