Pros
The pay at Tesla was outstanding for an entry level position. There are many great resources and opportunities for growth. The Training staff are very honest and nice people.
Cons
Timeliness is VERY important at tesla and that can be hard to deal with if you are using public transportation. I had been 10 minutes late due to a delay from BART and was immediately sent home and told to complete a reschedule form and that I would be contacted shortly. Long story short 2 weeks later and I got a letter of termination. The Situation was out of my control as the bart train I took was the earliest train possible. All it took was one day of being late by 10 minutes for me to be bounced from tesla and I cannot re apply for 6 months. Other than that there weren't any cons that come to mind, however I would recommend buying your own boots as the Tesla provided boots can be very uncomfortable. So beware if you will be relying on public transport and always have a backup plan if there are any delays as even with proof of what had happened I was still turned away.
