Pros

- Working for a company led by a visionary genius, disrupting the automotive world - Tesla attracts amazing people who are dedicated to the mission and truly aligned with the company's long term plans - Solid and smooth internal processes from HQ (California); HR, legal, etc. - Impeccable product - They value passion for the mission as a top criteria (in pretty much every department) - Drive and skills more important than years of experience to be hired

Cons

- Low-ish salaries (across the board) but that's in exchange for working for one of the greatest companies in the world - Long hours (Though most of us didn't mind that, including myself) - The Product Specialist position has limited potential as a learning experience
