Great work experience. Help build my skills and resume.

Cons

Management is a nightmare. They let them get away with almost anything. Which makes it hard to build yourself up when your not in their good graces. Six plus years and several teams later it seems the same across the whole factory. I really wish things were better, I would have loved it here.
