Business Outlook
Pros
Positive, cooperative working environment, fast paced, growing company. Lots of opportunity for driven individuals. Management (at least in engineering) is supportive both in work projects and in work-life balance.
Cons
Location is not great. Growth rate of company can create shifting workload, requires ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Career advancement program is slow but infrastructure is growing.
