      dynamic working atmosphere, challenging content, a lot of freedom to work, plenty of people that are fantastic to work with, global company

      Cons

      pay is los for the value added to the company and compared to other top tier companies in the sector, first come the responsibilities, then when you demosntrate for some years that you can handle them, they give you the title and the salary raise. working hours are completely flexible to overwork, never to your favor.
